Return Policy:
We hope that you love all your purchases from Maddy Jae. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
ALL DISCOUNTED SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES.
ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ARE FINAL SALE**
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.
We do offer exchanges, but most of our items sell quickly so that is not always available.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Damaged Product:
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at hello@shopmaddyjae.com and forward photos of any damage.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
**Our Quilted Bags are all one of a kind and no two are identical. Not every bag will have the exact patterns shown as the bag photographed. This is not considered damaged or flawed.
